Many visitors to Tokyo believe the freshest sushi is only available at Tsukiji Market and make spectacular efforts to eat there, including waking up hours before dawn to wait in line outside the most popular shops. But many restaurants in Tokyo get daily deliveries of fresh fish from Tsukiji which are at worst, hours older than that served in the shops there. 春夏秋冬 is steps from Shibuya station’s Hachiko exit and is one of the restaurants receiving such deliveries. This 15 piece set changes slightly with the seasons and costs a mere 800 yen during the lunch hour.
